Our Story Zoe's Place, our non-profit organization, was founded in 2003 by a group of women committed to helping Bergen County pregnant teens, teen moms and their babies. Almost from the moment we defined our mission, we envisioned a small business that would provide sustainable funding for our programs, and employment opportunities for the girls. The Cafe is unique in that it is a place where business and mission overlap. The young women will receive more than just a paycheck. With our help, and training by our pastry chefs, they will have the opportunity to have a successful work experience. We were fortunate to receive a generous grant from Women United in Philanthropy. With this grant, and the help of many dedicated supporters and volunteers, we opened the doors of Zoe's Cupcake Cafe in May, 2009 in Teaneck, New Jersey. In The News!
